Viburnum Plicatum ‘Kilimandjaro’ is a fantastic variety of Viburnum which naturally grows into a stunning pyramid shape. The branches of this shrub or small tree form in spreading layers, forming an upright cone. Its foliage is comprised of dark green, deeply veined leaves which turn bright red-purple in autumn. Spring brings an abundance of white flowerheads which age to a pretty pale pink. Deep red berries often follow the blooms, attracting birds. This RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year 2015 provides year-round interest and makes a stunning addition to a border or when grown as a specimen tree.
