£6.99 – Flat delivery fee of for the majority of orders (excluding large items), so the more you order the better!
£4.99 – Delivery for bulb-only orders
Once dispatched, we aim to deliver most items within 3 working days (excluding named day deliveries, Sundays and bank holidays). Postcode restrictions apply.

Exceptions & Restrictions
Unfortunately we cannot offer a delivery service to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands or addresses outside the UK. We can, however, deliver to the Isle of Wight for a £10 delivery surcharge.

We make every effort to ensure that all our plants and accessories are of the highest quality and are fully inspected prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an item you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a no-quibble refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking to the same value within 30 days of the purchase date. You must keep original packaging and the item must be returned in the same condition that you have received it in.
Contact Us via email with your order number and the reason for returning your item and we will send your Return Number and Return Address ready for you to send your item back to us. Please Note: all items must be returned at your own cost.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If you receive a plant that you believe is in bad condition, contact us via email immediately, but no later than 14 days after its arrival. We request that you include a photograph of the plant so that we can review.
- Once reviewed by our Plant Experts, you will be sent a ‘Returns Number’ and a ‘Returns Address’.
- Return the item at your own expense for a full refund or exchange of product up to the same value including original postage.
- Once we receive your item, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
Plants: Bear in mind that plants look different depending on what time of year it is. If you choose a deciduous shrub in the winter, it’s going to turn up looking pretty bare. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it, just that it’s out of season and will perk up when the weather does. Many perennial plants won’t even show above the soil level in a pot during the winter.
Plant Sizes: All sizes are overall and measurements are approximate although we do try to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
