Salvia Officinalis is the most popular variety of Sage, beloved for its culinary properties. This evergreen sub-shrub is bushy and spreading in habit. Its foliage is comprised of ovate silvery-green leaves which are strongly aromatic. Every summer short racemens of deep blue hooded flowers appear, attracting bees and other pollinators. A bold and beautiful addition to a herb garden, bed, border or container.
