Hebe ‘James Stirling’ is a low growing, dwarf variety of Shrubby Veronica, often found planted in beds, borders or as ground cover. Hebe ‘James Striling’ features bright yellow, scale-like leaves. Spikes of small white flowers arrive in spring, lasting through to summer and attracting bees and other beneficial pollinators.
