This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Plants To Your Door, the owner(s) of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. Plants To Your Door offers the option of creating a customer account. This is a straight forward process and allows you to view your past orders – as well as creating wish lists. You can login into your account any time to view or edit your orders. You can cancel your account at any time.
All credit card / debit card details are securely encrypted using the latest 256 bit encryption and processed via Globalsign Extended Validation SSL/HTTPS (Secure Socket Layer).
No customer credit / debit card details are stored on our servers or database.
Plants To Your Door is PCI DSS Compliant approved by Trustwave who run regular checks on our servers so that the highest security levels are constantly met. Any card payments taken over the telephone follow strict PCS compliance regulations and no card details are stored with us.

Your Right to Cancel
If you have placed an order and we have not shipped your goods we will issue an immediate refund. If you are in possession of the goods you must return them in their original condition to us at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged / defective). Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as we have received the returned items. We promise to deliver good quality plants to your door. Plants To Your Door makes every effort to ensure that all information on the website is correct and current. We advise all customers to do their own research when purchasing any plant, as to plant care, toxicity and wildlife guides. We try our best to ensure you have as much information as possible about the plant you’re purchasing, however we cannot guarantee that we cover it all. All heights and widths listed on the website are forecasts for potential growth and not examples of the sizes that you may receive unless stated in the product description.
Shipping and Returns
Plants To Your Door will make every effort to ensure that all orders reach you in perfect condition. We offer a fast UK delivery via 1st Class Royal Mail which will reach you within 1–3 days. A guaranteed Next Working Day delivery service for the UK is available at a cost of £8.99. We ship to the UK only.
All orders received before 12:00pm Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with an item you have purchased from us, we are happy to provide you with a no-quibble refund for the item value or exchange the item for another of your liking to the same value within 30 days of the purchase date. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Plants To Your Door shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Plants To Your Door and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
